Hi my name is Clive and i need your help i have a combined wifi and blue tooth mini pci e card. On the packaging it says EPABWO2 in large bold letters and E200905 in smaller bold letters. The chip id is STK9100CLQG, BLUE W-2310U, 39952A-Q917. And on the back along side bar code 0021C5116A5B and finally printed onto the board is STA-MU-AOO25 these are the only markers for you the determine with card of yours it is. I have bean to you website and found that it is not clearly stating which software download is for which card. For example by model number or any other forms of clearly identifying them. Finally the system i am trying to install your card into is an Advent 6551 or DIXSONSXP F71IX1 operating system is Vista home premium.
Also ithink that the same card may also be known as the BlueW2310U VOIP i have tryed alsorts but all i ever get is (Please insert the WB) card whatever that means and yes all of my drivers are up to date. And i have insalled in safe mode, also with norton 360 turned off. Still on joy i hope that someone will have a clue and yes i have tryed the 3dsp site software driver downloads.
Which is mainly vista will find it and i most caes install the wrong drivers so after i have tryed to remove all of them install the 3dsp ones but they never work. Help what am i doing so wrong. Hi Clive, Thank you for posting your question on Windows Vista Forums. Before installing the software/drivers for your PCI card, you will need to completely uninstall the old drivers from the computer. You can follow the given steps: Uninstall a Device To uninstall a device with Device Manager: 1. Launch Device Manager. In Device Manager's left panel, open the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall and then right-click the device entry.
On the shortcut menu, click Uninstall. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process. When the uninstall process is complete, unplug the device. With some devices, you must restart the system to complete the uninstall process. Once done, I will recommend you to install the drivers from the installation disc you received with the PCI card. You can also try to configure the machine in clean boot state before installing the drivers to make sure that no 3 party application is interrupting during the driver installation.
You may follow the given article: Regards, Ashish Gupta – Microsoft Support. Hi Clive here Thanks for taking the time to reply but Ashish Gupta I’ve done that. I think that it must be the bios or the high pass filter I have tried to get it going so many ways it will make your head spin. The installation presses are very unpredictable for example installing up to 9 Bluetooth serial ports. And have been in touch with 3dsp but they was not any help at all. Is there any way of resting the device controller. Most things are running fine but the system just hangs a little and dose freeze from time to time.
I have had some help from the Microsoft online service i.e. Remote investigations diagnostics and fixing of any problems which they find.
3dsp Bluew2310 Driver Windows 7
When I install the card because I have two mini PCI express slots most things work fine but I cannot connect to internet even if I use my USB modem which is a problem. Thanks for your help.
I am running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (kernel 3.2.9-26-generic) on a touchpad with a 3dsp BlueW2310U bluetooth/wireless combo device internally installed. It does not work because the release does not include the drivers. Searching the web I have discovered that the manufacturer's web site is 'off the air' so it does not look like I can get the driver source from them. I have also discovered that Ubuntu version 10.04 (kernel 2.6.32) did have support. Is there some way to get support added back into the 12.04 release and if so, how?
I have an Asprie One dual booting XP and Win7 RC1. I also have a 3DSP BlueW2310 combo card (WiFi+BT, mini pci-e) that works fine under XP with the supplied XP/Vista. However, Win7 will not successfully install the hardware drivers. Have contacted 3DSP (US and China) and have to date received no reply as to when there may be Win7 drivers for this card. I have attached the screen shots of the install error and device manager information on the card. If anyone has successfully installed a card like this in Win7, I sure would like to know the procedure you used.
Ok, thank you I got it. Now my last question. I want use only the BT-Function because my aspire-on D250 has wifi fuction default. Do I need any cabling-kit/antenna for use the bluetooth function or can I only insert the card in the slot and load the?I don't really know if you can run it with another wi-fi card installed. Mine is on a AOD150, so the combo card replaced the original wi-fi card, and used the original two antenna leads. I am not sure if the combo card is using the original two antenna leads for bluetooth, or if the bt antenna is on the card. Hi, does anybody know why isn't online?
Sweet child of mine free mp3 download bee. Today i tried to download the win7-x64 for the wlan-bt-combo card, but it looks like the site is down. If anybody should have this driver already downloaded, please upload it on rapidshare or somewhere else. Now i got an answer from the ebay-seller from which i had bought it and she sent me an url to the x64-driver for the WLAN-Bluetooth-miniPCIe-Combocard.
I'll try this and upload it for you if it works. (Maybe the driver works for the 'the big pci one' too or the driver is included in this package.) I'll keep you up to date! Now i got it and here you can download and try it: I don't know if it's working because could not try it yet. I'll test it as soon as possible. No, that is for USB, i have the minipci, and the packet install only the software of bluetooth and the software for the wlan, but when i start this software, it say that there isn't any card installed. Do you have the packet that you have installed? Can you send me the file? Thank you very much marcoi've got the minipci card, too but it will not work with the / software that i've downloaded and installed. So i think it should not work for you, too.
But you can try it. You've just to wait a little. i try to find the driver. I bought too this mini pci-express card, and I installed into my MSI netbook. I tried to install the what I downloaded from the syntek page under the '3. MiniPCIe/PCIe (Bluew-2310x) Module WLAN and Bluetooth Combo Card' but it was not working. Then I looked the card with HWINFO32 and it's said for the connection type usb dongle.
So I downloaded the file from 1. USB dongle / USB MiniCard (Bluew-2310u) WLAN and Bluetooth Combo Card and now it's working fine. The link for Win7 32bit: This package will install an IVT software what wee need buy for fully function. So or uninstall the IVT software (the will stay), or download the drivers only: Good Luck! Hi there Marco wrote this earlier: p.s.: i have download the file at The website has for both USB and Mini PCI-E version, for all Windows (except 95. Haha, lol) Yes it says Syntek, but read the website and discover that Syntek copied 3DSP their work.
Just check more chip ID numbers and find a number like STK9100 (Syntek chip), from there I found out that Syntek is 3DSP. I will add a screenshot of what the install says for extra credability. I am replacing mine with a more advanced one so I can also replace an old one in my friend's laptop. His recovery image doesn't work well anymore (Vista, go figure(anyhow W7 is 5x faster than Vista)) and Windows 7 doesn't have drivers for his old PCI-E mini card. So thank you Marco, I wouldnt have bought it if the drivers weren't there for Windows 7 also.
I have not been able to get my 3DSP BlueW2310 combo card (WiFi+Bluetooth on mini pci-e) to install in Windows 7. Card works fine in XP with the supplied software (Blue Soleil and 3DSP driver). But, won't install the WiFi portion under Windows 7.
Have written 3DSP (both US and China) and have not received any reply regarding Windows 7 drivers. I have attached screen shots of the install error and device manager information. Anyone have any idea of a way to get the stock XP/Vista driver to work?
